I have started studying body language and cold reading in more detail. It is amazing how much you can find out about a person just by the way that they look, hold their arms, stand, etc. Also, I have learned to study my surroundings more and the people in them. It is very interesting why you can discover about people. More to come later.

Interesting comment my son Andrew said to me yesterday. "If you just commit 1 hour a day to ventriloquism, imagine how much better you will be a year from now." 1 hour a day. Interesting, that's 365 days a year or 365 hours a year. Let's break that down into even more reasonable numbers 365 - 104 (skipping Saturdays and Sundays) is still 261 hours a year. If you subtract another 10 hours for vacations and 5 more hours for whatever reason you still have 246 hours a year. Now if you dedicate 246 hours a year to anything it's going to improve but only if you 1) Have a plan and 2) Work that plan. So I figured, how about dedicating 1 hour a day to ventriloquism, 1 hour a day to magic and mentalism and 1 hour a day to AutoTrader.com. That only 3 hours a day. I can find 3 hours a day by 1) Getting up 1 hour earlier 2) Watching 1 hour less TV a day and 3) Well, watching another hour less TV. Good advice from my son that I'm going to pursue starting today! Enjoy the video below!

It's interesting how many people want to believe in psychics now days. I've got news for you, there are none. They are nothing more than magicians calling themselves something else. Am I saying that profits did not exsist? Absolutely not! I believe that Joseph in the book of Genesis, was a profit. He was never wrong. When he interpeted the cooks and wine tasters dreams, what he said would happen, did. When he interpeted the Pharaoh's dream. What he said would happen, did. Are there any psychics out there that have ever been 100%. NO! They just go off of stats and are vague and fish for information. Do not fall for the hype! Psychics are only out for a fast buck and are getting it from the general public. Especially the more popular psychics like Sylvia Browne, John Edwards and the like. Straight up people, they're fakes. They are a bunch of liers that are stealing your money and giving you a false hope. Plain and simple, don't believe in them and don't follow them. Whether it be the lady down the road with a sign in her front lawn or one of the more popular psychics. They can not tell the future.

So here I go with my new show. I'm putting together a show called Mental Magic Miracles and I think I'm going to make it about a hour to 1 hour and 20 minute show where we have lots of fun with audience interactions, excitement and miracles. I'm really looking forward to a show that is positive, uplifting and, most of all, entertaining. In this show you will see mental magic with cards, magazines, newspaper and more. To start off with, I will offer up 4 envelopes, 1 of which contains a $100 bill. Each person has free choice and in the end 3 spectators select envelopes and I remaing holding 1. The nice thing about this routine is, everyone wins!

Second, from today's newspaper a prediction is made. A audience member has me stop a pair of scissors anywhere on a strip of newspaper. No matter where the person stops me, the prediction matches the next sentence where I was stopped at.

Next, I call someone up on stage and show them my coat hanger and spring and show them how easy it is to take it off. No matter how hard they try, they do not succeed. Next, some mind reading with a large deck of cards. Then everyone in the audience writes some information about themselves on a card and places it in an envelope and seals it. Just by touching the envelope I can tell them the information they just wrote down. Finally, to finish the first part of the show, I solve a rubik's cube, BLINDFOLDED!
